May 2011 Calendars

May was the third month according to the early Roman calendar. Later May became the fifth month . The month of May always have 31 days. May is the most beautiful months of the year in the North Temperate Zone. Usually the ice and snow are gone and the hot and scorching temperatures haven’t arrived. The wild flowers are blooming, and the trees, leaves, plants and grasses have turned green.

We continue to nourish you with a monthly spoon of motivation and inspiration. This post is part of the free desktop calendar series. Each month I collect different and inspirational wallpapers featuring the current calendar. Looking at the same image over and over again is very boring and not very exciting. Hence having a new desktop background each month should help getting your original and artistic juices flowing.

This post features 30 free desktop wallpapers created by artists across the globe for May 2011. All images can be clicked which leads to the full size of the calendar. Hope you like it.

Happy May and have fun!
